Terms & Conditions

1. Services

TATV.collabs provides coworking workspace services: hot desks, fixed desks, private cabins, and common amenities (meeting rooms, event space, phone booths, and the VR viewing room) at its listed locations.

2. Reservations

Reservations made on this website are requests, not confirmed licences. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing (email or WhatsApp). Seat allocation is indicative and may be adjusted at confirmation. Listed opening dates are targets and may shift; if a location's opening is delayed, your reservation moves with it or you may withdraw at no cost.

3. Pricing & taxes

Prices shown are launch rates in INR, per seat per month, and exclusive of GST (18%), which is charged on all invoices. Final commercial terms (including any security deposit, lock-in and notice period for monthly plans) are stated on your membership confirmation and invoice.

4. Payments

This website does not collect any payment. All payments are made at the office, to Tattva Energy Fintech LLP, by card, UPI or bank transfer, against a GST invoice. We never store your card or UPI credentials.

5. Use of the space

Members must use the workspace lawfully, respect other members, follow building rules (security, fire safety, parking), and are responsible for their guests and belongings. Damage beyond normal wear may be charged. Illegal, hazardous or disruptive activity may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Liability

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the affected booking period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at New Delhi / Gautam Buddha Nagar (UP) have jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to serve you: name, email, phone, and your booking preferences (location, plan, seats, start date). We use it to process reservations, contact you about your booking, and share opening and member updates. We do not sell your data. Data is retained while your enquiry or membership is active and for statutory record periods thereafter. To access, correct or delete your data, write to hello@tatv.world. We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Online reservations: free. No payment is taken on this website, and you may withdraw a reservation any time before your start date by emailing or messaging us.
Monthly plans (hot desk / fixed desk / cabin): once payment is made at the office, fees for the current month are non-refundable; the notice and deposit terms in your membership confirmation apply.
Hourly amenities (incl. the VR room): cancel 24 hours or more before the slot for a full refund; within 24 hours, the fee may be adjusted against a rescheduled slot within 30 days.
Our cancellation: if we cannot provide a confirmed booking (for example an opening delay), you receive a full refund of amounts paid, within 7 to 10 working days, to the original payment method.

Refund requests: hello@tatv.world with your booking reference. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days.
